Mission Jericho (Part of Pentecostal perparation in Nagpur)
27th May 2007 ‘Pentecost Day’ will be celebrated as a day of personal renewal/ recommitment/ surrender.
What shud we do to experience the power of Risen Christ & to grow in Holiness… ???As blessed Mamma Mary and Apostles prepared themselves for this gr8 event, let us seek their help everyday to prepare ourselves for this event and practicing ourselves to do the deeds mentioned below.
To invoke Gods blessings let us pray daily from now. Let us consider seriously these days that we grow with Gods grace & pray for Each Other.
Sunday - Pray and dedicate the day for Missionary work & Evangelization
Monday - Pray and dedicate the time for FAMILY
a.) Our Family (for mutual relationship, Healing(Physical, Mental & Spiritual) and for Outpouring of the Holy Spirit on every member), and
b.) Adopted a family and pray constantly during this time for their salvation. If possible meet them or call them up
Tuesday – Pray and dedicate your day for the Underprivileged, poor, sick, people in trials, addicted, prisoners, liars etc.
Wednesday – Dedicated for Professionals & youth so that they may discern Gods Will and imbibe in themselves the virtues of being Punctual, Being righteous, Not being lazy or Procrastinators, Attitude towards trials and tribulations, Possess missionary zeal
Thursday – Pray and dedicate the day for the intensions of the Mother Church and all the religious leaders. Especially, Holy Father, bishops, parish priests, pastors, catechists etc. Also say a divine mercy chaplet for the Intensions of the Holy Father.
Friday – Pray and dedicate the day for all the souls in purgatory, and for all the unborn children and pregnant women, and all the children who are in danger, for abortion and the mission of Pro-Life.
Saturday – Day dedicated to Mamma Mary; pray for virginity(esp. for the youngsters in todays world who do just anything and cross any limits to be trendy, cool and in fashion) and purity of oneself.
Be a part of this mission and recommit yourself to the Lord.

Living waters flows in Poona
After years of sluggishness, Poona Jesus Youth is back with a bang. A revamped young army of JY under the leadership of Fr.Sunoj OP, and Poona Jesus youth, conducted The Living Waters – a three hours renewal program in the campus of Bharatiya Vidyapeet, Poona ,50 students attended on 25 February, 2007. Joppan chettan came down all the way from Mumbai to share about Jesus. Thank you Joppan chettan for your inspiring words.we have also started a prayer group there in the campus.
Poona JY is growing rapidly. Day by day the Lord is adding new members to it. We need your prayers….
